Two words, taken seriously.
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works.”Ephesians 2:10
Two people from inside the church world.
Ben Smyth
Ben grew up in a church-planting family — three countries, two continents — with most of his growing-up done in Africa, where he watched communities lean on prayer when there was very little else to lean on. That never left him.
He’s spent the last three years working inside day-to-day ministry, close enough to see the pattern every church knows: the requests come in faster than any team can follow them through. Novus is his answer to that gap — not more love, which churches have; a better tool, which they don’t.
Dillon Segur
Dillon comes from an American ministry legacy that runs back generations — from pulpits to broadcast — and he’s carried it forward himself: years serving directly in church ministry, alongside time in athletics at a faith-based college.
Walking with people through real hardship taught him what the data never captures: prayer and community are not the soft part of church life. They’re the part that holds when everything else gives.
✦ We keep seeing the same gap: churches full of love, without a tool that closes the loop. NovusWorks exists so that a prayer shared is never a prayer lost.

If you lead or serve at a church and this sounds like your people, we’re taking a small number of pilot churches — and we’d love to show you the workshop.
